Martha Olivia's story

Martha is an indigenous rural woman who works growing blackberries and alfalfa, labor which has provided her with the daily sustenance, with which she maintains her household. Her spouse passed away a number of years ago, leaving her responsible for everything related to maintaining the house and raising her children. So, she focused on planting more land area with seeds of products which grow in the zone. So, she has been able to have rotating harvests which generate a steady flow of income for her household.

Martha asks for financial help to purchase a seedbed, compost, fungicides, and other agricultural supplies. This will allow her to better care for her plants so that they produce more quality fruit to sell at good prices in the market in her locality.
