Nike's story
I am a resilient business woman born and educated through College in Nigeria with a degree in Biochemistry but love cooking.
My passion for cooking as a young Girl helping Grandma in her restaurant in the Village has translated to my American dream of owning my own food business. As statistics show on social media and generally, this is a very lucrative business to have as Authentic West African Menu Such as Jollof rice, Fufu and Egusi, Plantains, Oxtails and Other Popular Menu are in High demand and sort after all Over the United States of America and Globally.
I am motivated to grow my food business because of my Customers who keep sending referrals. I am particularly motivated as It is the only business that Serve this Menu in my Area in Virginia which makes it a Monopoly business .
With a Kiva loan to take this unique food business to the next Level, I see the business expanding to such a Level of Having the first Culinary School teaching Authentic African Menu which will be affiliated to colleges.
The Food Truck will be servicing Schools, Offices, Airports, Military bases,Graduation Events,Amazon Warehouses,Festivals, Games , weddings to mention a few.
I plan to continue matching our delicious menu with great customer service, and I look forward to having a great business relationship with Kiva as I have no doubt my business will get referrals from Kiva.
